If you have permissions to add records to the appropriate table, and have permissions to edit the start and end fields (if applicable), you may add new records/events or edit existing ones via the calendar interface.
To Edit Scheduled Records:
Scheduled records are those with a value for the start date field.
- Navigate to record on the calendar.
- Click and drag the event to a new day or time slot.
To Edit Unscheduled Records:
Unscheduled records are existing records which don't have a defined start date.
- Select the intended day or timeslot for the event.
- When the dialog appears, change the action to "Update unscheduled record"
- Select the record to be scheduled. Depending on your feeds setup, you may see a record show up more than once. Selecting the record from the appropriate feed will determine which start and end fields (if applicable) to be updated.
- Click confirm.
To Create New Records:
- Select the intended day or timeslot for the event.
- Select the record to be scheduled. Depending on your feeds setup, you may see a record show up more than once. Selecting the record from the appropriate feed will determine which start and end fields (if applicable) to be updated.
- Click confirm.
