If you have permissions to add records to the appropriate table, and have permissions to edit the start and end fields (if applicable), you may add new records/events or edit existing ones via the calendar interface.

 

To Edit Scheduled Records:

Scheduled records are those with a value for the start date field.

  1. Navigate to record on the calendar.
  2. Click and drag the event to a new day or time slot.

 

To Edit Unscheduled Records:

Unscheduled records are existing records which don't have a defined start date.

  1. Select the intended day or timeslot for the event.
  2. When the dialog appears, change the action to "Update unscheduled record"
  3. Select the record to be scheduled. Depending on your feeds setup, you may see a record show up more than once. Selecting the record from the appropriate feed will determine which start and end fields (if applicable) to be updated.
  4. Click confirm.

 

To Create New Records:

  1. Select the intended day or timeslot for the event.
  2. Select the record to be scheduled. Depending on your feeds setup, you may see a record show up more than once. Selecting the record from the appropriate feed will determine which start and end fields (if applicable) to be updated.
  3. Click confirm.
